How deliciously ecchi.
Seriously, you're quite talented. I do wonder about the facial expression
though; I can't quite pinpoint it, but something seems slightly off.
The character's expression and general style nicely match the background. I
especially like the way you textured the character & background; great job.
(As many above posts have already pointed out.)
Thanks for sharing, thake care, and happy MTing...
Very impressive. The fine detail of the ear, hair, and throat are excellently
done. I'm especially taken with the character's emotional state being perfectly
expressed.
The only suggestion I can offer, and I almost hat to say it, lies in the area of
the character's pupils. When they're not both properly oriented (in the same
direction) it gives the character a seeming case of lazy-eye. Again, please not
that this only becomes apparent on close inspection, and the overall work is
very well done.
The expressiveness of your characters continues to impress. However, the arm
and leg proportions still need a bit of work. If I might venture 2
observations?
1. The background characters can be oddly proportioned without detracting from
the work (think Jubei-chan the Ninja Girl anime for an excellent example) . So
the background ninja and running man are fine as they are.
2. The girl in the foreground is the focal point of your art, and as such, will
suffer most from any oddities or imperfections.
As always, thanks for sharing, take care, and happy MTing....
Outstanding.
Thanks much for the crease-edit; i've encountered quite a few of those &
know first-hand both how annoying they are to come across, and how
time-consuming they are to "fix".
Dude...this effing rocks! The use of
color in the rendered background perfectly compliments the character art. The
position, overall composition, lighting, and color-scheme ar perfectly matched.
I really don't know what else to say, other than outstanding work.
Thanks for sharing, (+fav), and of course, happy MTing...
Good work on both the proportions and shadowing. The forearms could still use a
little work imo, but the original character is so, well, tapered, that your
representation may well be spot-on. (fwiw, the good Dr. was my favorite
Getbackers character.)
Outstanding wall. I especially like the way you balanced the use of light and
darness to evoke a dreamlike quality. The letterbox sizing also gives it a
cinematic feel. Honestly, everything about this wall right down to the
character-art's expression just, well, works. (The only question i'd possibly
raise is the use of the feathers which seem slightly out of place. But I
understand the sense of fantasy they're there to express.)
Thank you for sharing this excellent work, +fav, and happy MTing...
I like this one, but I have to ask: what's up with the mouth? Specifically,
that extra slash of red? (It seems really out of place, almost like a
moustache.)
Well, aside from the above, it's very nice indeed. Thanks for sharing, and
happy MTing...
An impressive submisssion. I appreciate the effort that went into the lighting,
as well as the choice of colors. I would ask you to have a look, though, at the
character's hair. The lack of (resolution?) detail is especially evident around
the braid in front of the ear.
I'm not sure what could practically be done about this, but the rest of the
character-art and background are just so nice, that that hair-imperfection
stands out more in contrast.
At any rate, well done, thanks for sharing, and as always, happy MTing...
Sorry, but the proportions seem off; the gun, especially, but also the
characters to a lesser extent. Specifically, they come off as too large for the
wallpaper framing them. There is also unfortunately, a great deal of
"artifacting" on the male lead's face.
Setting aside the above, I very much like the overall style & thematic
elements. All in all, an interesting wall. Thanks for sharing, and happy
MTing...
The color combinations and blending are superb. I have only two, very minor
quibbles:
1. The light-rays are very wide and vertically oriented (i'd've preferred
subtler, more slanting rays, considering the delicacy of the remaining
background elements, like for example, the almost etherial feathers.
2. The black border running around the top part of the character-art was left a
bit too thick, imo. It makes the char. seem more "cut-out"than it
should. (I realise that there's always the question of compromising the
original artist's vision, & accept that I may well be off-base on this
one.)
In any case, you hardly need me to say that it's excellent work; but it is, and
I have. +Fav.
What an extraordinary wall. I appreciate the way you achieved a feeling of
softness without resorting to excessively blurring the character-art. The
lens-flare effects are subtle, understated and could almost pass for bubbles:
excellent. Finally, and most impressively, I think the light-wings erupting
from her back are simply fantastic. It
is both beautifully yet subtly done. Outstanding.
Sorry for the excess of superlatives, but the praise is well-earned. +Fav.
First off: congrats on what is, imo, your most impressive wall to date. The
composition, while simple, is nonetheless compelling. The colors fit perfectly.
The lighting is well-done.
Secondly: please have a look at just below the character's left ear; there are
two white bits that look odd (as though they should be colored).
This is very nice. The composition is
excellent, with nothing out of place. The combination of starkness and softness
engenders a feeling of moody serenity.
But, argh, the resolution. Would it be at all possible to see this at higher
res., if of course, the source material will support it? Let me put it this
way, i'd set this as my desktop wall if
it didn't suffer so much from the streaching!
A very nice wall, although I wonder about all the planets, moons, etc. in the
sky. Contrasting the business of the top half with the serenity of the bottom
makes for an interesting effect, but it just feels...unbalanced to me. At any
rate, thanks for sharing, and happy MTing...
I usually don't like CG art (too much like a glossy plastic doll) but I
just...like...this one. Very pretty, well-rendered CGI. Thanks for sharing,
and +fav.
Your background and the anime character mesh perfectly; what a glorious use of color coordination.
Very
impressive.
How deliciously ecchi.
Seriously, you're quite talented. I do wonder about the facial expression
though; I can't quite pinpoint it, but something seems slightly off.
Take care, thanks for sharing, and happy MTing...
Very nice! I wish I could offer more than simple encouragement, but honestly, no "improvements / alterations" spring to mind. Well done.

Very nice wall; simple but fitting. Two suggestions, though:
1. something more in the way of effects around the character (as it stands, he looks a bit like he's posing in front of a modeling backdrop).
2. a bit higher res. would be really nice if possible.
Again, very nice work, thanks for sharing, and happy MTing...
I dunno...sometimes less is more; and this is a parody wall. I like it - it makes me laugh and is just a bit ecchi. +Fav.
Oh, I like this - ecchi-ecchi/sweet! Well scanned, well done, and +fav. Thanks for sharing!

What an excelent scan. I'm envious. The character is amazingly detailed and crisp. The composition is compelling. Thank you for sharing, and +fav.
